Day 19: June 2nd

Today we had a lecture about Wind Technologies and then met the founder of a solar start up called Renova Green. They are revolutionizing the way solar energy is accessible to many people who couldn't afford it in the past.

We leave Sao Paulo and head to our next city- Curitiba! We are looking forward to seeing and learning about the Sustainable City. Our first evening in Curitiba, we toured downtown and had dinner at a wonderful hamburger place.

Day 11: May 25

Today we visited the Museu do Futebol and learned about how important futebol (soccer) is here in Brazil.  We then to Ibirapuera park, which is a large park in Sao Paulo (similar to Central Park in NYC). We played soccer and volleyball and got to see some of the nature that the park had to offer.
